I’m Rebecca, a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in digestive health. I support adults experiencing digestive symptoms, fatigue, hormonal imbalances and challenges with weight loss or weight gain through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.

I’m a mum and I’m based in Princes Risborough, working with clients online throughout the UK. I understand how busy and demanding life can be and how easily your own health can slip down the priority list. My approach is compassionate, practical, and realistic, helping you understand how to support your body in a way that fits into everyday life, rather than adding more pressure or overwhelm.

I work closely with clients who feel they’ve run out of options or don’t know where to turn next, offering clear guidance, ongoing support and motivation along the way. My aim is to help you feel more confident in your choices, improve digestion and energy, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health.
